There is no cheese in aglio e olio ;-). Just garlic, olive oil, parsley and some pepperoncini and maybe pepper.

Nicely done presentation, very crisp. Two questions: why not romano cheese? (parmesan cow milk, romano sheep and more pungent); I prefer finely grated garlic rather than chopped chunks but that's personal choice but I think grated coats everything more.
